Amazon changed my Listing category automatically, even not change after partial update
My top selling product which have 50+ Positive feedback, amazon changed automatic category browse node, even when i try to change it, they response that we are unable to change browse node, selling fee in right category, 80 on 299, and 103 on 399 and 165 on 599, 97 on 299, and 120 on 399 and 225 on 599, in wrong category, all top selling products order stop after this changes.
This not not good for amazon sellers,

Ignore the browse node, Send them screenshot of Seller Fee category from following page and ask them to correct the Referral Fee category.

Amazon is changing categories for most listings and are assigning completely unrelated categories with very high change in commission rates. We have stopped selling lots of ASINS because of that.

After years of working with amazon you will realise that it was wastage of time building reliable business on amazon.
They dont listen to anyone. What we found out that their managers are involved in suspected complaints themselves so that you keep on taking launchpad or other paid services.
They demote and supress listings internally which you cant find out.
Also they ask why it is happening? So how a person know why complaint comes. Weird. Yes they work like that.

hi. i too faced same problem i sell in garden fertilizers category but few products changed to food. I reported them they solved this issue. Don’t panic.

This issue is handwork of Cocoblu retail. They purposely do it to best selling products. Earlier it was Cloudtail now it is cocoblu. I have experienced this issue lot times in 5 years. Easies way is to delete and create a new product.

Amazon is playing unfair trade practices by placing fake COD orders & return back the products in meantime their by earning return charges in return from sellers which causes ultimate loss to the sellers in return in the form of Packing expenses, return charges, taxes etc.
Please stop such unfair practices which is discouraging sellers to sell more on your platform.

same thing happend to me and even they do not rply after giving them evidence of the competitors asin too that they are listed in the category which they are paying 9 percent but from me they are chraging 15.5 percent i am almost loosing my 25k every months because of this issue but amazon is not ready to help me selling on amazon is a such big headache now a day also too much competition meesho is better giving so much order without any comission

You have to extra carefull in written tittle bullet points and description.
For example
If you are selling Dalchini and you mentioned it can be used for herbal tea. Somewhere on detail page.
The bot will auto change its category to herbal tea. If the asin doesn’t have much sale data you can change it back to normal and also look what cause this bot to change it category or else it will happen again in future.
If the asin have good sale , so amazon system will think the product is working good and does not need a change and will not allow you to change its category even tho the product will get unsearchable which leads to 0 sales ,
Also
Also Amazon is paying Google for ads in which your products is showing on top so they cannot change the category because it’s leads waste of there funds to make your page up on SEO ranking on Google search.
