Resetting two-factor login verification

Hello! My smartphone was stolen. That's why I lost access to my Google Authenticator account. But it is already connected to log into my account. I have already sent a request to reset the two-factor login identification, and I received an email that my request will be reviewed within 48 hours. But more than a week has passed and I have not received a response, and two-factor identification is still enabled. I am afraid that I may lose access to my account. Please answer me. Today I resubmitted the form to reset two-factor authentication.

I see that due to losing your phone, you are attempting to reset the two-factor authentication to avoid losing access to your account.

Typically, this process will take 2 days to complete and can take longer if the information you submitted has yet to be verified. Since you have submitted the reset request again, this can take another 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the two-step verification has been disabled.

Can you confirm if this has been resolved as of yet? I look forward to learning more. Please feel free to respond in this thread with updates on your situation. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
