2 Weeks - Same Issue - Unable to Add Backup Charge Method in Amazon Advertising
I have had an issue for over 2 weeks and am unable to add a backup charge method or use my positive seller account balance to let me advertise again, the case has been live for 2 weeks and this is a huge issue. I have tried numerous browsers and when I click change payment profile it just spins and never loads. Advertising support has escalated the case but no feedback and same issue

Have you tried to update the payment method from our seller app? Also, you said you tried different browsers, did you clear the cache and cookies on those prior logging in?
