Pickup Missed for Orders Despite Being Ready – Request to Avoid Late Dispatch Charges

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to inform you about an issue I faced with the pickup of two of my orders scheduled through Amazon Easy Ship.

I had prepared and packed both orders well in time. The scheduled pickup slot was between 11:00 AM to 2:15 PM today, but unfortunately, no pickup agent arrived to collect the packages. The details of the two orders are as follows:

Order ID: 408-2794383-2290711

Order ID: 402-2817887-1361933

Even after waiting for 3–4 hours beyond the pickup window, no one came to collect the packages. As a seller, I have fulfilled my responsibility by packing the orders on time and making them ready for pickup within the scheduled time.

Therefore, I kindly request you to ensure that no late dispatch or cancellation charges are applied to my account for these orders. I am not responsible for the pickup delay, and I am still waiting for further instructions regarding the same.

Please look into this matter urgently and let me know the next steps. I hope for a quick resolution to avoid any negative impact on my seller performance.

@Seller_3XHKYa9PPmNt7 Hello there! I wanted to confirm if you have already filled out the Easy Ship Pickup Misses Issue Form for these orders? In addition, you can reach out to the Seller Support team for further assistance if necessary.

In the meantime, I wanted to share these training videos on order defect rate, cancellations, etc so that you are fully in the loop on instances which can or cannot impact your account being at risk. For example, to avoid a negative impact on the late shipment rate, we ask sellers to schedule Amazon Easy Ship pick-ups before the 1:45 p.m. cut-off on the estimated ship date. The ship confirmation happens automatically when Amazon picks up the orders.
