Document verification
Hello guys,
Below is the message I received from Amazon as part of the seller account verification process.
We have reviewed the documents that you provided but were unable to complete your verification process. As a result, we are unable to activate your account.
Why is this happening?
The document that you provided as a proof of identity is not acceptable for the following reason:
-- It is expired. We accept only valid government-issued national photo identity documents that are neither expired nor revoked.
On the document upload tab, it shows my DL "document invalid"
However, My DL has not expired. It is current and has expiration date of 2031. All the information on my DL matches with the one provided on the verifcation page. Today, I received a notification that my account is at risk of deactivation. Contacted seller support and was advised to upload my DL (Front and back) and resubmit. I did that. Same document as last time. I am now waiting to get a response. Has anyone had to deal with this?

They have some issues figuring out DDMMYYYY and MMDDYYYY.
