for ungating, does Amazon accepts invoices from amazon.com?
I know Amazon in the U.S. does.
case id ID 16362168981 told me they don't accept 'retail receipts' when it is actually a receipt from Amazon.com (not purchased with prime)

From what I have seen and heard around Forums, they do not accept receipts from Amazon as a method of authentication for an application. In most situations, a direct invoice from the manufacturer is required. It needs to be a valid invoice directly from the manufacturer and not a receipt.
A letter of authorization (LOA) can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
