Question: About products damaged during FBA journey

If the goods sent out from the seller's warehouse are in good condition, but some products are damaged when they arrive at the Amazon warehouse, can the seller get compensation for these damaged products? In addition, the products shipped from the Amazon warehouse are also in good condition, but are damaged when they reach the customer. In this case, can the seller also receive compensation?

Hey @Seller_8uJTir0JnR118, the FBA inventory reimbursement policy states the following: If an item you send to us as part of the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service is lost or damaged at a facility or by a carrier operated by Amazon or on behalf of Amazon, we will replace that item with a new item of the same FNSKU or we will reimburse you for it.

I recently wrote a post about reimbursements that mainly focuses on how to check if you have already received one. Give that a look and then file a claim if needed.
