Got a negative customer review which is about a product we do not offer
Today I got a review from a customer who says he got product which is in spanish language. The strange thing is we do not produce spanish language version, we only make them for english market segment.
The thing which makes it more strange is that in his review he said he ordered 5 products, why would someone repeat a purchase from a seller if he is not satisfied from the previous purchase?
Amazon needs to read the review and the product offer before displaying such reviews on the listing.

If you discover a review that doesn’t conform to our customer review policies or our customer review creation guidelines, you can report abuse from the product detail page. To report abuse, click Show Review Details on the Customer Reviews page. This takes you to the review on the customer facing detail page, click the Report abuse button which will pop-up a confirmation box where you have to click Submit. We will remove any review that violates our policies in which case it will also be removed from the Customer Reviews page.
You can also send an email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
