My product has stock, is available but on its listing it says it is unavailable

Hello, I have sent my product, it is available, but the listing page says it is not.

My product ASIN is B0C3NSLTFF and the listing link is this:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C3NSLTFF

I checked the start / launch dates and they are good. I live in the US, the same place where the product should be available.

I have contacted Amazon support three times (last time was CASE 13163839601). Which they do not seem to understand what my problem is and keep asking about MCF (which is not what I want to do).

I have had several of the same issues over the years. Amazon is not easy to deal with. As I recall I replied to my latest case with a "PLEASE ESCALATE to someone that reads and understands English".

I'm not 'subtle' sometimes but eventually they found the glitch causing the problem

Good luck, it's Amazon, you're going to need it!

They won't be able to help. We asked for support and they replied that it's our responsibility to DELETE the ASIN and add it Again.

We're being charged Long Term Storage fees for 2 years for some of these items and no refund is being provided.

This was their message

"There are instances where, for example, when a listing may show as active in an account but not be active or searchable on the live site. However, as I stated, it is the responsibility of each seller to make sure that the offerings are displaying on our live site to their liking as we do not have the ability to constantly monitor every listing from every seller to make sure their status matches up. "

Misleading sellers with ACTIVE status when product is UNAVAILABLE is not their concern.
