Start here, which you should have done already --
https://sell.amazon.com/learn
THEN --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
If you have an LOA that specifically says you can sell on Amazon you MIGHT survive listing items.
More and more brands are providing a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK? You DO have a sales rep at the brand, don't you?

You need to provide two things:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.

Hi there @Seller_eakoSAAYdaq0l
Both @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp ask great questions and have great advice.
For me, there's one question I have on top of the ones above me asking about an LOA!
1. Are you trying to apply for a brand that is owned by you or that is owned by a separate entity and already selling on Amazon?
