infringementreports.com

I got one of my listings removed around six days ago because of a complaint by the fake website and domain "infringementreports.com". I've tried contacting seller support and I have appealed two times now and everything has been rejected and support isn't helping at all. How can I get my listing back?

To help get your listing back, I would have to ask more about the exact reason your listing got removed.

I understand that its "infringementreports.com" that removed your product. How do you know this? I have seen many infringement claims before and I have never seen Amazon be specific enough to mention that its because of a website.

This is a website that has been shut down by Shopify. How can such website be responsible?

Confirmed that this is a scam website that is used to file fake IP complaints against Amazon listings (as well as a lot of other marketplaces) in order to take down competitors.

Doing more research, people have had to hire DCMA attorneys to stop them from targeting their stores. Because they use bots and false emails pretending to be the trademark owners, most bot responses agree with them and it is virtually impossible to get rid of once they have targeted your listings.

Honestly, stay on it and just try to get someone to see that this is a false company with a fake infringement claim. If you can detail out the specifics on the claim vs what you are selling, then add in there the tons of proof from lawyers/forums about this being a scam you might eventually get it resolved.

It says that it got removed because of copyright infringement and it shows the email that complained and the company that they claim to be which is "toei". The email ends with "infringementreports.com"

If you believe that the listing was deactivated in error, please provide the explanation with supporting documents proofing that you are complying with Amazon's policy.

Have you filed DMCA to protect yourself from copyright infringement claims? On top of DMCA, are you registered on Amazon Brand Registry?

I find it underwhelming that Amazon doesn't take two seconds to vet the source of an infringement report before acting. Wonder how much it costs? Pay them to take down ALL Amazon brands...

Any one can report a copyright infringement to any listing on Amazon and it will be almost impossible to relist it. Do what Amazon wants you to do to clear it and move on.
