Amazon seller support is too bad
Amazon, I need your attention here.
Your seller support is playing tricks to resolve the cases, by copy and paste what documentation says and not understanding the seller’s specific issues at all. Then they just close the case and making a faulty appearance of high efficiency problem solving. This is killing seller’s experience, time and energy. If you need specific examples, I’m glad to provide dozens of examples I have experienced over the past few weeks. This is wrong and should be corrected ASAP.
I also provided feedback to the cases. Amazon, I need your action!

There is no seller support anymore. Amazon does not care enough about us sellers to give us competent seller support. Maybe we can get a mod to help with certain issues, but the mods are severely overworked. And even the mods get stonewalled by Amazon seller support.
But emailing or calling Amazon seller support is pointless. The only ones left there are uncaring morons who actually seem to despise us sellers.
