i am unable off vacation mode

Vacation mode automatically goes on and all the listing is inactive Please help and i tries to turn off vacation mode but it doesn't allow me to turn it off.

When I connected with support team, they asked me to follow below steps. But that is not working. I lost more orders in this duration. Still it's not disabled.

1. From your seller account, click Settings, then click Account Info.

2. On the Seller Account Information page, in the Listings Status section, click "Going on a vacation?"

3. Update the listing status to Active/Inactive for the marketplaces you want your listings to change.

4. When you are finished, click Save.

3. Update the listing status to Active/Inactive for the marketplaces you want your listings to change.
