What are the chances that we can remove a negative reviews?
We have a negative review on our product saying that, "it's all the same size, not as illustrated." Then proceeded to give us 1 star rating.
This is the first time to receive such comment and I have scanned the entire detail page again and again. I have not seen any misleading information. For context, we are selling drill bits, all same size with 2 extra ones included. I would like to know how I could go about removing this as it's an invalid review.
I opened a CASE ID 15676354261, Amazon shut me up by saying "please know that selling partner support does not have the ability to remove a review on your behalf." Well this appears to as a fake review, this is logically invalid.
You know these reviews are what hurts us small sellers of Amazon...

You can't get it removed if it doesn't violate one of Amazon's rules for removal. Which, by what you posted, it doesn't.
