From my observation, this issue arises when you create a listing by copying an existing old listing. When we tried to create a listing from start from the blank form in "Add a product" did not get this error.
So try creating product from start, using blank form.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, I have connected with our tech team regarding this issue, they are still investigation this issue, it appears to be related to an error caused by the pricing.
Please update the list_price for all the impacted listings using the Edit listing option in seller central or uploading a template, after the list price has been updated, please re-submit the variation update.
