Schedule a one-time pickup via Amazon (Schedule a Pickup for a package)

Hi there,

I am trying out the Amazon Shipping service as an Amazon Seller for the first time and I've printed out an Amazon shipping label.

How do I schedule a pickup at my location? (is there a link or phone number to call?)

or will a pickup be automagically generated because I printed a label for a specific pickup date?

For Clarification: This is not an FBA shipment, but rather a direct shipment to a customer for a custom order.

If it is USPS you have to take it to the PO unless you have a carrier who stops by your place everyday like ours does.

You need to schedule a pickup with the carrier you're using yourself. This is not something Amazon does for you. If you already have a carrier that regularly picks up from you, you should be able to add the Amazon order to the other items they are picking up. If you do not, you will need to contact that carrier to arrange the service or go drop off your packages with the carrier yourself. Some carriers will require you to open an account with them in order to arrange pickups. Also keep in mind Amazon is not responsible for pickup fees a carrier may impose.

I have seen others mention trying to use Amazon shipping service. Seeing as I've not seen any announcements about it or how to use it, I'm guessing this is only rolled out to certain sellers in certain locations and I do not know how you are supposed to schedule the pickup. In fact one of the sellers posting about it had an issue with the pickup never happening so they had to void the label and reship via another carrier at a higher price since they lost a day waiting on the pickup.

1.Click Pickups

2. Click Actions

3. Select schedule one-time pick up

You should go ship.amazon.com, go to Pickups tab and schedule a pick up.
