Nothing of all is allowed. You are not allowed to contact Amazon's customers, only exceptionnally before an eventual delivery regarding precisons about the order or the delivery.

Are you talking about customers from your business from OFF Amazon, or are you talking about buyers from a different (previous) Amazon store?
When you say "new Amazon store" do you mean to say that you had a previous Amazon store?
You are allowed one per lifetime if both are selling in the same product categories.
