bad review for my product
Is there a way to combat a bad review? A person left me a bad review (I'm just starting out and that affects my score a lot since I only had 2 additional reviews)
I take into account that my product is of good quality, I feel that it was an attack to lower the price, I raised it again and I did not have any more returns
The problem is that they don't delete it, even though it doesn't comply with the Community Guidelines.

We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:
Sellers and the Customer Service they provide
Ordering issues and returns
Shipping packaging
Product condition and damage
Shipping cost and speed )
And the comment he talks about is that it broke, clearly he did not look at the maximum weight and according to Amazon a comment like that is not allowed
What could I do or what do you recommend?

First this is a product review not seller feedback. You have them confused. It doesn't qualify for removal because it is not feedback. It is an "accurate" review of the customers experience. You will have to sell more and hope for reviews to counteract it. As is having 3 reviews on a product that hit the market 6 months ago is really good.

You are confused about something or other -- nothing about that review is not allowed.
In general about product review -- sellers are not allowed to contact buyers regarding product review for any reason, with the sole exception coming through brand registry. And then only if Amazon supplies a link and the message will be an Amazon message, not something the seller creates.
Amazon does not remove product reviews unless they have their own reasons for doing so. Never in response to seller.
