Steve from Amazon here, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Please switch to the United Kingdom store in the Forums and create a new post outlining the issue you are having and provide any case IDs you have created for this so far. This process will engage a Community Manager from that store and allow them to engage the proper support team for further troubleshooting here.
You can switch stores in the Forums by clicking the drop down box in the upper right corner of the Forums as illustrated below.
