When I was working on the product packaging, Amazon listing (images/claims) I knew this category is very strict when it comes to health claims, so we made no claims that might trigger listing removal. There's one benefit listed on the product label : Metabolic support. Some other benefits on the box : metabolic and heart health, antioxidant, gut health support, cholesterol support. Nothing hints it helps with diabetes, blood sugar etc.
I want to ask what exactly is wrong with our listing that led to it's removal without warning? If I don't understand what needs to be corrected, I won't be able to address it (if we'll need to create a new listing).
I ask for help, because it seems like many others who dealt with the same/similar problem had to come on forum and ask Amazon team for help.

As you mentioned there was a concerning message surrounding the removal of an ASIN due to one of our restricted product policies. When reviewing your ASIN and situation, I do see the ASIN is currently active. Can you confirm this is the correct case ID referencing the ASIN ending in "765F".
