We currently have a customisble product and have a template already uploaded (see photo). Is it possible to bulk apply this template to all the product's variants without having to apply individually?

Not that I'm aware of, unless it's possible via a file upload. I don't know if it is.
They had the chance to add this feature (and a few others such as bulk open listings) in their new Manage Inventory Beta view, but looks like as per usual, they can't see things from the seller's point of view and it's just the same old features presented differently.
