Why is my product active but not searchable in the Vine Program?

My product was not searchable in Amazon one day and the seller support helped to refresh my product and it became searchable again. However, my product is still not searchable in the Vine program, I wrote to seller support again and they said it is active and there is nothing he/she can do? It was searchable in the beginning and couple people ordered via the Vine program but became not searchable one day...

Last night, I asked a friend to help searching for my product particularly in the Vine program. After trying it for half an hour with the brand name, keywords, product names, benefits, ingredients and more; still couldn't find it within the Vine program. It is searchable in Amazon now but just not in the Vine program.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
