Our account for Seller Central Europe is fully damaged since Xmas 2021
Esteemed Audience,
Greetings from Zed, the Director of Perfume Brands Limited. As of Christmas Eve in 2021, our active Seller account on Amazon UK EU had been operational since 2017, serving all marketplaces within the UK and EU regions. Prior to the aforementioned festive season, we sought to add a second user with administrative privileges to our account. Despite providing Amazon with the necessary identification documents written in Greek, as the user hails from Greece, their request was denied without explanation.
Subsequently, on New Year's Day, it came to our attention that all administrators within our account had inexplicably lost their administrative rights - including myself as the Super Admin who originally created the account. What ensued was an arduous eight-month ordeal battling Amazon's Seller Support team. Despite providing extensive documentation and screenshots detailing our predicament over eight pages, our efforts were met with repeated robotic responses devoid of meaningful assistance.
The loss of administrative access rendered crucial functions within our account inaccessible, jeopardizing our ability to conduct business effectively. Even basic tasks such as modifying shipping settings or accessing order and payment information became unattainable. Compounding matters further was the expiration of our credit card used for charges during this tumultuous period - a development that further hampered any attempts at rectifying the situation.
As disbursements ceased and funds amounting to over 8000 GBP remained held by Amazon till date, we found ourselves in dire straits with no recourse for resolution. Our attempts at communication were stymied by closed cases that could not be reopened or responded to efficiently due to restrictions placed on administrative functions within our account.
Despite warnings and pleas for urgent escalation to senior management levels within Amazon - complete with detailed contact information for expedited communication - we were met with silence and indifference as our company teetered on the brink of financial ruin. Efforts to engage higher authorities through legal channels also proved futile as emails sent remained unanswered.
In light of these challenges culminating in imminent bankruptcy for Perfume Brands Limited, we implore your assistance in navigating this crisis precipitated by circumstances beyond our control. Your intervention is crucial in resolving this untenable situation orchestrated by Amazon's actions.
Warm regards,
Zed Sefi

This is a forum of other sellers, and NOT Amazon you are speaking to. You maybe need to escalate this to the MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk
Your problem is way beyond anything any of us can help with or advise. Have you opened a case with Seller Support ?

Hello @Seller_x24ZII4d74XWk,
Here Simon from Amazon.
Have you created a case with Seller Support as @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid advised?
If so, would you mind sharing it?
I would like to take a look at it to see if I can help in any way.
Best,
Simon
