after submitting all proofs customer care will only send one standard and recorded email " we upheld our decision" Seller will be screwed. Customer will get the products also and refund also and even after submitting all proof , messeges ,amazon seller support will raise their hand. Faced so much loss so deactivated listing finally. Customer care are worst for amazon seller.
