Hello, a buyer of the 70 products I sold in total initiated a product originality complaint. Only 1 out of 70 recipients. And he wrote in his comment that I doubt its originality. is it a wholesale pharmacy? is the invoice made out to your ltd company with a VAT number on etc?

Does the info on the invoice show the pharmacy is a wholesale operation with their web address on etc. When you say an authorised pharmacy what are you referring to.
