Easy Ship Pick up issue

From past one month i am following up with Amazon on Easy ship pickup issue. Five orders, Easy Ship pickups have not occurred as scheduled, and picked up next day. I have called Easy Ship customer support at least 50 times, and the only saying that internal team is saying that the DA came for pick as scheduled.

I have provided my camera recording videos, phone call records (where i called DA multiple times for pickup during scheduled time). But amazon seller support team is not even reading my messages...they are just saying that internal team confirmed the DA arrived for pickup.

I asked for evidence if he came, but the seller support team is not even listening to me.

My LDR will be corrected automatically as soon as 30 days period will be over, but the problem is the DA will repeat this again and amazon seller support team will give this type of reply.

Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue or escalate the matter for quicker resolution.

For me also Same problem Happend i dont know how to solvethis they didnot change any other courier also

Eashy Ship courier partners not came to pick up the parcel i try call them they hesitate answer call if i calling form some other number they said we stop servservices for your pincode like this they said because that my lableling cost package cost advertisement cost every thing is loss .

Appart from this orders also cancanceled cancelcancellation fee also i can reimburse but i loose the customer then how i can get orders 7 orders cancelled because of that
