My Pickups are getting late or getting cancelled

Team, my pickups are getting delayed or getting cancelled always, This is affecting my account and my product. I have been talking to support multiple times but I don’t get any response or resolution from their end. I am new to amazon seller and till now no order was picked on time. We cannot continue if we dont get any support. Requesting you please resolve the courier related issue.

after one month i am continously complain, but you team did not response to me,
i have many order to my portal and i am ship on time but delivery agent not pickup my order they say i am not coming, please tell me if you do not help me then please close my account i am not interested on yor platform

Seller support will be of no help. You should contact the pickup center in your city or take pickup agent’s number. So, if he doesn’t come to pick up, you can call him. These pick up guys can change the status of the order to ‘Picked Up’ without actually scanning the product. So, you can ask the pickup guy to do that if he gets late to pickup your orders. This way, your account won’t be affected.

Hi Amazon Team,

Last 2 to 3 orders was cancelled due to my orders not picked by courier service. If the order was cancelled, I need to pay fine amount to you. It’s not my mistake why i need to pay that fine amount. Kindly inform to your courier partners about this issue. If any orders got cancelled due to courier services, they need to pay fine amount why me. Kindly take it as serious and give the best service. It’s affect me & your brand also.

Today also my one of order was got cancelled due to courier service. I packed well and scheduled my order. But last 2 days no one is come to pickup. have attached the images for your reference. Kindly give the proper solution about this issue.
