I am reaching out for your assistance regarding a frustrating issue with my recent inventory shipment (ID: FBA18G77CMD2) to the MIT2 warehouse.
Although the Amazon system shows the shipment as delivered, my carrier has informed me that the MIT2 warehouse did not accept it due to being full. As a result, the carrier is still holding the products and is unsure where to deliver them.
I have spoken with Amazon Seller Support via the chat window, but unfortunately, their response was not helpful. I was told I must wait until December 25th for an investigation, which I believe is an unreasonably long delay, especially since the carrier still has the inventory. I’m concerned that this lack of resolution is costing my business, and I’m disappointed with the support provided so far.
Could you help expedite this process or redirect the shipment to a different fulfillment center that can accept it? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue more efficiently.

Our parcels have been delivered for 2 weeks, still not "Received".
The investigation will be eligible after [Jan 22, 2025], according to the Seller Support.
That's just ridiculous.

It is said that there are only 3 people in the MIT2 warehouse management, my goods have been delivered for more than 20 days, but the warehouse has not yet received and stocked the shelves, it affects my business too much!
