Your account is at risk of deactivation. Your Late Dispatch Rate is 100%; the target is 4%.

We just registered an account and are still learning how to work for Amazon. We planned to work mainly as FBA and added our products as FBA, but for reasons unclear to us, two products that we did not have in stock were listed as FBA, and we did not even understand what we needed to do. Two sales passed, and we did not understand that this was FBM. Unfortunately, we were let down by the supplier, who brought us the wrong product, and by the time we received the order, a week had passed and we sent the parcel later than we had intended. Now we have an advertisement in our account saying “Risk of account deactivation” and we don’t know what to do. We are new to Amazon. If you have any tips or suggestions on how to avoid account deactivation, please tell me. We apologize to our customers and Amazon. Best regards, Mariia

No one can be sure if amazon will deactivate you or not. All those metrics run on a rolling date range. The affected orders will drop off eventually, and amazon may ignore if it is a one off - though no-one can be 100% there.

Get a plan of action ready to go just in case. Three point plan of action. What went wrong, what you did to fix the problem, what you will do to avoid this problem in future.

But you need to go right back to the start. Have you removed these FBM listings?

Also what do you mean by being let down by the supplier. If you listed stock you didn't have on hand - that's not a great business model to be operating on.
