Discrepancy in Box Weight / Box Over Weight
Hi,
My Supplier sent a shipment of 5 boxes. Unfortunately he excided to maximum box limit which I didn't know. 3 Boxes of shipment exceeded weight about 2.5 lbs each. After receiving shipment by Amazon ( due to over weight ), Amazon have placed all of my inventory in stranded inventory. Now I am able to pay extra charges or fees because it cause trouble to them.
So, I now need a pathway how to resolve this issue?

If you wish to appeal the unplanned service fees, please raise a dispute in the problems tab under Shipment summary.

I noticed you created a second thread to report that you are also having issues with access to your account. This is unrelated to the shipment issue, your account was deactivated due to inactivity and requires additional verification, please follow the Reactivate Account workflow under your account info in Seller Central.
Please create one post per discussion so we do not duplicate investigation and escalation processes. Creating multiple posts may further delay and complicate the investigation.
