Uploading 360 degree images on Amazon listings.
We've followed the instructions given on this forum here for our Vender accounts:

How long does it take for Amazon to upload the 360 images after we've emailed them the link? Will we be notified when they receive the email? We use Canto, Dropbox, and SAAS Photo to store the .zip files. Will those work? Is there a better solution for storing the .zip files online so Amazon can get what they need?

Hey there @Seller_BXW2HMEERxiC6- thanks for sharing this to the forums. I apologize there is no self serve tool for the upload of 360 degree pictures, necessitating sellers engage with our support team on the issue. If you've already created a case with support, they will notify you through that case with any updates, and will inform on acceptable file types.
