Is there any point in using Report Abuse form?

I followed the procedure to report a misleading listing as suggested by @Sakura_Amazon_. The listing is this and it's clear what's wrong with this B0030F52M8, the photo is for 6, in the description it says 6, but the size is one and the EAN is for 1 pack. That's what I told them, the reply is

"Thank you for your report. We need more information to continue the investigation. Please provide the following details:

-- The ASINs of the products.

-- Order ID.

-- Link to the product detail page.

-- The marketplace.

-- The seller you are reporting, if applicable.

-- Images showing the MRP of the product as advertised by the manufacturer, if applicable.

-- The official manufacturer price, if applicable.

-- Legal notice or court order, if applicable.

-- Original ASIN, if reporting variation abuse or duplicate ASINs.

-- Describe the specific concern that you have with the listing or the product detail page. For example, a seller added incorrect variations to game product reviews, or the product is being sold as new, but it is used.

The details can be submitted by going into your account and going to the “Report Abuse” section.

I had already told them what the problem was I have nothing to add. To be honest as a sole trader I can't waste so much time for each misleading product listings, there are so many of them.

Totally agree.

If Amazon want our help to point out incorrect/misleading ASIN's it is for Amazon to carry it forward to protect their reputation and brand.

We get incorrect listings all the time. Wrong size, wrong colour, wrong picture, etc etc, and most of the time we only find out when a buyer complains that they did not get the item they 'thought' they were getting.

Complain to Amazon, your question gets ignored and they reply with something totally irrelevant, so we gave up trying. We just delete the listing, sell it on ebay and let others get the customer complaints, until it is not longer available on Amazon at all.

Unfortunately as with most things on Amazon, the gap between what should happen and the reality is huge. Even if Sakura has good intentions to assist here, (and they may well manage to fix this one ASIN if you're lucky), we all know that the failures and ineffectiveness of the Report Abuse form will just persist.
