New bank account verifcation

Hi All,

I requested a bank account change on Seller Central on 01/01/24 which still remains as "pending verification", and my disbursements have remained suspended since then.

I have raised multiple cases to Amazon to ask why the verification is still pending and to ask if they need any further information and today Amazon have responded saying: "

We are unable to accept bank statements as proof of address from certain banks, especially internet based banks. The reason for this is that it is actually possible to open certain accounts without going through any form of verification, and we do not have access to the details of which accounts were verified.

And we’re not able to transfer funds to savings accounts.

You cannot create new listings with an invalid credit card on file. Existing listings are active and available for sale on Amazon. Sellers with invalid credit card information will have issues with their disbursements, because a valid credit card is needed for Amazon to disburse funds to bank accounts.

To update the credit card information on your account, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to “Settings” and click on “Account Info”.

2. Under “Payment Information”, select “Charge Method”.

3. Click on “Replace Charge Method”, and enter the requested information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement."

I am confused on the two below things that I believe Amazon are asking from me here:

1.My new (Starling) business bank account which I have tried to replace my old (Starling) personal bank account is the only business account I have. Are Amazon suggesting they will not accept Starling bank accounts? I don't believe I uploaded a bank statement as part of this bank account change, however I did for my legal entity change.

2.When I go into "Account Info" and then "Charge Method" my bank new bank details appear to be correct. I am reluctant to click replace charge method and and restart the verification process all over again as I believe the details are correct. Is that what they are asking me to do here?

Note: There is also a warning at the top of my Seller Central that says "You have at least one bank account pending verification. Complete bank account verification here" When I click this it takes me to my Deposit Method, which states it is currently pending verification. However, Amazon do not mention the Deposit Method in their email above, they only mention the Charge Method.

I am just looking to complete the bank account verification, so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
