Amazon Brand Registry Approved, but Seller Central Still Asking for Brand Registration
I had registered my brand with Amazon Brand Registry, and it got approved. However, when I log in to Seller Central, it is asking me to register the brand again, even though my brand is shown as registered on the Brand Registry portal. I have been trying to contact Amazon support for the past two months, but I haven't received any results yet.
