Confusion encountered when using the Transparent plan:

Dear friends, I am an honest seller who is committed to providing high-quality products to American friends, but recently I encountered confusion when using the Transparent plan:

1. About the OPR review and Transparent effective time?

The brand was held hostage for more than three months. I applied for the Transparency Plan in January, and then created 5 shipments (three were accepted, and 2 were completed). However, I only submitted the OPR in February. Do I still need to continue to create shipments to complete the OPR assessment? ?

2. Regarding the large number of negative reviews that have appeared after brand hijacking, as an honest seller, what methods can I use to protect my rights and interests?

Thank you for reviewing,

I wanted to jump in here to provide some more information around OPR!

  • Once OPR is turned on, we will send a 30-day notification to all third party sellers listed on the ASIN.
  • Your brand and/or your brand’s third party sellers must send Transparency labeled product to Amazon FCs after the OPR turn on request is submitted.
  • Third party sellers may continue to ship and sell products during the OPR process up until your brand has successfully passed and Transparency protections have been applied.
  • Once Transparency protections are applied, we will send an additional 14-day notification to Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) sellers noting they have 14 days to upload Transparency codes or their listings will be removed.

If you feel like a piece of feedback may be eligible for removal, I suggest taking that through the Feedback Manager!
