The letter may be real but it may not be. Not coming from a law office I would be hesitant to believe it. If I were you, I would go ahead and zero out my inventory and contact your distributor and the brand. Amazon will approve you to sell items assuming that you have permission from the brand to sell them. However, the brand themselves might not want any third party sellers selling their products.
