Need Contact to open a support ticket for Inactivce account

My account has been marked as inactive due to no activity. I am trying to provide the necessary documents, but I do not see any link or email where I can provide the documents for verification.
IS there a contact that I can reach out to for creating a ticket?
The portal for me just says inactive account - but no where I seee the option to upload the required documents for verification. Who can I reach out to?
