Watch Out for Disposal Order From FBA Even if You Have Automatic Removal Setting in Place.
Like other sellers, I have automatic removal via return setting in place for many years. Yet, over the last 2 weeks or so, I have seen a couple of disposal order generated by amazon via "Amazon Manual Disposal tool". Apparently, for whatever the reason, there are unfulfillable inventory left after the automatic removal is subject to disposal by amazon.
I have opened a case with seller support, it's getting nowhere, copy and past answer after copy and past answer. They would not investigate why are there unfulfillable inventory left after automatic removal or how the disposal order is generated. You are on your own. The only recourse is to do a manual removal on all unfulfillable inventory every months or so.
Download recommended removal report. Sort all unfulfillable inventory and place them in a bulk removal order
