Despite having all the proofs, Amazon is not issuing the claim amount

I am mentioning two order ids. (A. 171-2828766-0954742), (B. 403-1662876-4665917), I have tried to file a claim many times but they are not accepting the claim and I have also talked to amazon seller services people many times but they are also not responding properly and are saying that I have applied my claim after the claim window had expired. But you can take a close look at the proofs that I have submitted. I tried to file a safe claim within 15 days of the refund but at that time a message of 50 days of reimbursement was being displayed and after 50 days the claim was denied. If now the claim amount is not an issue even after all the evidence is proved, then I will go to the consumer court and file a case against you people. You people have wasted a lot of my time and troubled me a lot.
