Amazon error 8572

I can't list a new producs into my catalog. I am getting a 8572 error indicating the GTIN/SKU is not valid. I've created several cases and provided all the information listed but issue is still not resolved. It has been 6 days now and no one from Amazon has responded after Amazon told me they'll review and get back to me, after I provided all the information that was requested for the 4th time.
