I can't list my products anymore
I've been struggling for over a week now trying to list new products on Amazon Seller. Despite being the brand owner with both Catalogue Authorization and GTIN Exemption, I keep encountering error 5461 or repeated requests for Brand Authorization (to become an authorized seller). I'm simply trying to list products in the same category as my earlier successful listings, so I know I meet all the necessary requirements.
I've opened more than six support cases already, but the assistance I've received has been ineffective and consistently overlooks the authorizations I already have. Adding to the frustration, my requests to keep cases open until the problem is resolved are ignored, and they are closed prematurely every time. This forces me to open a new case and re-explain everything from scratch.
Can you provide me with a direct contact—either a phone number or an email address—where someone can genuinely address and resolve these issues? This situation has become extremely frustrating, and I’m at my wit's end. I’m seriously considering stopping sales on this platform if things don't improve.
