to cancel is a case of finding the order in Manage Order and clicking Cancel Order (provided it’s FBM)
If you don’t want any more orders from Amazon France, I’m assuming here it has come from Amazon France and not an order from France on Amazon UK.
So you need to go into Account Info and set that marketplace to Inactive.

Yes, as above, it depends if it actually came from the France marketplace or just ordered on the UK marketplace by a customer in France - that will determine what you need to do.
