Hello @Seller_NCBYVVr8XLwp0,
This is not a lot of information, but what I believe from just this statement is:
- You know the Related Account and it belongs to you.
- You do not tell me why you are not able to log into the first account, but if it is due to you maybe forgetting the password? If you need Log in Support, I have a number that might be helpful: (For LOGIN ASSISTANCE) 800-388-5512 - I know this number works in the US.
Amazon allows sellers to have more than one account under certain conditions, but all accounts would need to be in good standing and active. If one account becomes deactivated, it deactivates the other account.
So if your situation is:
You acknowledge ownership of both accounts: You will need access to both accounts and these would be the questions I would as you:
- Were you aware that your other account was deactivated for violating an Amazon policy?
- Have you already appealed for that account?
- Are you familiar with the appeal requirements for that account?
You will need to reactivate the related account to be able to reactivate this account.
Some information you might find beneficial:
Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy
I hope this information is helpful to you in addressing this issue. If you need more information, include a case ID or the original performance notification so I can look deeper into more specifics.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
