I have a issue with pickup from starting ,
I create a case for all pickup after that pickup not done I loss 26 orders due to not pickup.

also loss many orders before two month
I create case id and call much time for pickup they said sir there is some technical issue and raised a ticket but Amazon is a very big E commerce platform how is it possible, they cannot fixed this issue form 2 or 3 months before.

Hi,
I am new seller and facing same issue since I started selling on Amazon.
I have written to the country head some 4 days back and he has appointed a person to look into my issue and even after 2 days no assurance is received from Amazon.
Today I have closed all my listing on Amazon and stopped all my advertising till the issue is resolved.
I have the following demands from amazon team
- Reset the account health after removal of effect of late pickups and cancellation due to this
- Reversal of charges levied by Amazon on orders cancelled due to this
- Reimbursement of advertising expenses incurred by us on Amazon in relation to such sales
I have few more suggestions and demands which I can discuss later on
Need your support to make the things sucessfull by
- Instead of communicating on calls comunicate with amazon using mail and chat
- Keep a log of all communication with you.
- Writing to various authorities on Amazon and keep track of the replies.
I am going to wait for few days and after that I will look how to handle it further
rest assured, even if my issues got sorted out I will help all to get it resolved

I am dealing in mobile accessories which don’t need hazmat review. I have been running business on amazon for the last 1 year . Although easy ship and self ship both settings are enabled in my account but I never got any easy ship order however use to get so many seller fulfilled order .
Raised a case around 2 months back where in I was told that even if my products do t fall in category for hazmat review but still as a formality it has to be forwarded to hazmat review team.
All ASINs were taken by amazon team and sent to the concerned team and closed the case telling me that it will take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I had to create another case giving reference of earlier case and this time another reply that the earlier resolution was a wrong information and instead of getting hazmat review done I have to fill a form to opt in for easy ship. I filled that form on 24th Oct 2018 and got a confirmation email that it will take 3-4 days to things get done but today after 10 days I created another case giving reference to earlier cases and request Id if easy ship opt in form again I have been given the resolution that earlier resolutions were wrong and again my ASINs are forwarded to hazmat review team and case is closed . Amazon support team is just inclined towards closing the cases and no body knows the exact resolution . In nutshell for the last 2 months I am just trying to opt in for easy ship only but not able to get due to incompetency of Amazon support Team. I really hope some one among u including amazon team member guide me how to eat the things done .
