Fedex One Rate PAK poly bags/envelopes
To use Fedex “one rate” shipping, it is required to use their own PAK envelopes.
I opened my own fedex account but found out, even with their discount, it is still much more expensive than Amazon buy shipping price. Fedex told me that my discounts will be even greater once they see my purchases but even with their promised discount, it is still more than what I pay for with Amazon buy shipping under Amazon’s account.
The problem is, Fedex will not allow me to order PAK envelopes as they do not see any label purchases under my account. I’ve explained to them about how I purchase it through Amazon buy shipping but they had no solution for it.
I got as much as I can from the local Fedex store but the manager told me it’ll be the last time they can supply it to me. She advised going around all the other local stores and grab as much as I can. At some point, all Fedex stores are going to tell me the same thing, that they can’t give me anymore.
So my questions is, is it possible to order PAK envelopes under Amazon account somehow? Or does anyone have an idea on how to get a hold of the PAK envelopes?
@KJ_Amazon I read your response from Fed Ex One Rate, Bring your own box?? Is that true?
I actually went to the Fedex store today and asked. The manager firmly said that I "MUST" use Fedex PAK envelope in order to ship with One Rate. I then called Fedex support and the agent told me the same thing.
@KJ_Amazon Are you able to help? Is there a link on Fedex.com where it states this so I can show them at the fedex store?

Our FedEx shipping services and restrictions help page has the following information:
When choosing a FedEx One Rate shipping method, there are two ways to see a FedEx One Rate quote and ship the item.
- You can use a FedEx flat-rate envelope, pack, box or tube. Refer to the FedEx One Rate website to order these items. FedEx One Rate will show as an available service when the package dimensions input (Length–Width–Height) exactly match one of the FedEx One Rate standard sizes as outlined in the table below.
- You can use your own packaging, as long as the volume aligns with the corresponding small, medium, large, and extra-large box restrictions in the table below.

I don't have boxes, I use padded poly bags or non-padded poly bags.
The screenshot you have posted about the size restriction, where did you get it? Can you give me a link to where this is on the Fedex website? So I can show this to the associates at the Fedex store. They told me I can't use my own packaging.
The poly bags I use is never bigger than the Fedex poly bags and my items are almost always under 1 lb.
If I can prove to them that I can use my own packaging, and make sure it gets delivered to the buyer without issues, this will solve my problem completely.

With FedEx One Rate, you can: Select a package size from one of the flat rate boxes, envelopes, packs, and tubes offered by FedEx, or bring your own box.

@KJ_Amazon it looks like Fedex will accept our own box but since they do not mention polybags/bags, it's a no go.
