The ConditionType for SKU: [.....] is invalid.

The ConditionType for SKU: ...is invalid. See the Data Definitions tab of your inventory template for valid ConditionType options. For more details, see https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G24681

This is complete nonsense. I put the condition as: NEW. When I removed the condition , I keep getting same errors.

The support is completely out of touch with reality

Anyone could help please ?

If you're doing a partial update, try doing a full update instead.

Hello @Seller_wUEig9SNrdMud- @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD's suggestion to attempt via an inventory file upload is a good one. Can you confirm if you've already tried via that pathway? The help page linked in your post also discussed UPCs, so it might be worth checking if your UPC is correct and verifiable through the GS1 database.

Thanks!

Danny
