Lost buy box eligibility for ALL SKUs, asking for help! Please!
I lost buy box eligibility for all skus even though my account has NO order deficits, and perfect rating. I was on the phone with seller support for 27 minutes with zero understanding on their part [CASE 17362218701] and with two different reps. Can someone please help me?
I've been an Amazon seller her for over twenty five years with no issues, No Policy problems, ODR 0% Negative Feedback 0% Late Shipment 0% 100% Valid tracking 97% On Time Delivery my sales velocity has been high until yesterday when my buy box eligibility went Poof! Can one of the Mods please look into this matter? I can't get any results through seller support.
