I press the "edit" button to edit the product and I still get this error. This is how it looks when I go inside the product.
(I'm trying to add a picture but even that doesn't work. amazon's system is truly the worst system I've ever seen.)
"Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock."
Such a text appears on the product page.

Have you tried clearing the cache on your browser, seeing if it needs an update, or tried using a different one?

Besides what @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqDand @Topher_Amazon have noted, are these NEW products that you are trying to list on an existing ASIN? Have you been able to list the same items previously?
You COULD be blocked by the Brand from listing if you aren't on a whitelist.
