Unable to access seller account
Hi there, I am unable to access Amazon Seller, or Amazon Seller help.
When I log on, I receive a message saying my account is inactive.
I updated my credit card details, but no change.
I cannot proceed pass this block screen.
Please help.

I understand that you are experiencing a concern whereby your account is inactive even after following the path provided for reactivation. A few sellers have also posted similar discussions.
