Account issue

Dear Account Health Team,

With due respect, my name is Rehman Rauf, and I hold an account under the brand name GKSTYLEHOUSE. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the inadequate support provided by the seller support team for an issue that has been affecting my account since May 3, 2024.

To give you a brief overview of the problem: on May 3, 2024, I closed my Amazon Business Prime account, which resulted in me being signed out of my main seller account. When I logged back in, I found a new, blank account under the display name Asian Bedding, which is not my account. My actual seller account has a registered brand store under the name GKSTYLEHOUSE, with active listings.

Since then, I have been continuously receiving customer order and query notifications via email, but I cannot see these orders in my seller account. Additionally, Amazon has been sending me notifications about canceled orders and A to Z claims. Despite my continuous calls and emails to seller support, I have not received proper investigation or assistance to resolve this issue.

The problem is not due to any fault of mine but appears to be a system failure. This has severely impacted my account health and my business operations, as I am unable to process customer orders and my account's reputation is deteriorating. I have repeatedly requested that this matter be escalated to a specialized internal team, but no one has contacted me to discuss the issue.

I am urgently requesting your intervention to help resolve this matter. My business has been severely affected for the past four weeks due to this issue and the inadequate support from the seller support team. I would greatly appreciate it if you could escalate this matter to someone with the expertise to understand and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
